NUTRITION AND WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU!

NUTRITION AND WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU!

You Are What You Eat BUT You’re Not Limited To What You Eat!

As much as your training is an integral part of how you feel and want to look, it alone cannot fast track you to your goals.
Your food is your fuel for change and failing to optimise your food intake is reducing your potential day to day!

Our bodies work on consistency and balance the most important of those balances is that of your Macronutrients.

These are Proteins, Carbohydrates & Fats and the amounts of each of these eaten per day, over time, determine your body’s composition! Get these wrong and you are actively stunting your body’s ability to grow towards your desired goal, whether that be Fat Loss or Muscle Gain!

Fat Loss and Muscle Gain is generated by manipulating the levels of your macronutrients to allow for maximum nutritional consumption whilst still generating the results you desire. This goes against the conventional methods of severe calorie depletion or elevation, which are not only hard to maintain but can also cause negative effects such as muscle loss and fat gain which is why people fail to maintain any gains they have made as prolonged exposure to these methods results in increased negative effects and thus cannot be maintained.

This occurs as people are often put onto untailored ‘cookie cutter’ regimes which are dished out from person to person without any real association to the client, their lifestyle or body type.

To ignore these factors is to ignore the basic needs of the individual and severely limit their potential for gaining fast, long lasting, effective results!
–      I NEVER STARVE MYSELF OR MY CLIENTS DURING FAT LOSS PLANS

–      I DO NOT ALLOW BODYFAT LEVELS TO ROCKET DURING MUSCLE GAIN PLANS

I concentrate on maximising food during stages of Fat Loss meaning my clients are often eating more than before they started! I optimise the levels the body needs to maintain muscle whilst slowly burning the fat stores. Carbohydrates are used as a support mechanism rather than something to be avoided and are timed to maintain energy levels and strength throughout training and day to day activity. All these factors are set against the needs of the individual in regard to their current state, lifestyle, training and goal set.

For phases of increased muscle gain macronutrients are restructured to supply the body with a balanced surplus of nutrients that can be fully utilised and expended to produce greater muscle gain and energy for training reduces waste to avoid unwanted fat gains. This creates Lean Gains whilst improving strength and muscle density.
By avoiding increasing Body Fat percentage getting in to show condition after a gaining phase is made much more manageable and successful as muscle is not sacrificed as calories are not having to be excessively decreased to counteract increased fat stores.
It is this scientific and proven method that sets me apart from many of the competition and has generated measureable success for myself and my clients.

I am ever improving my knowledge and will only ever do unto others as I do unto myself!

Nice website dude, Say can you do special discounts for students on your plans? like paying a little bit every month or something like that? You know being a full-time college student and not working sucks. Cheers Alex, you got a lifetime fan here :).

You can always pay in installments but no plan will be started until the complete balance is obtained as you are effectively paying for a slot which when booked out no-one else can have. Due to the fact I only have limited availability it is not possible to secure a slot that cannot be started as that would be unfair to those waiting.

All of my diet plans allow you to choose the foods you eat all you have to do is hit the targets set for you and the timings that are calculated alongside. No supplement creates size – they are no different to food hence the name “SUPPLEMENT” meaning they are an addition not a main source.
All training plans can be purchased on site and have a detailed description of what they entail.

      Regards
      Lex
