Where I’ve Been, Where I am and Where I’m Heading!
You may have already seen me without knowing it! I have been photographed for Mens Health Magazine, appeared on popular websites such as SimplyShredded.com and even been in the SugaBabes Music Video ‘No Can Do’.

I spent a number of years professionally competing in Mixed Martial Arts (trained by the well-known Sinclair brothers and Michael Bisping) before transitioning to Bodybuilding with the mind to compete.
Just under a year after committing to my new goal I stepped on stage at the 2011 Musclemania Scottish Regional Championships and Placed 1st qualifying for the National Championships later the same year where I placed 3rd overall! Not bad for a first run at competition!
After the success of 2011 I set my goals on being even better and more foused for 2012. Researching Nutrition and Training to develop my own unique approach to gaining the physique required to set me apart from others!
In 2012 I competed in the Fitness Britain National Championships and became the National Lightweight Champion!
I am now focused on 2013 and competing in the European Championships with the goal of achieving my Pro Status to allow me to go forward and compete with the nest in the World!
